Oh, well… turns out [@mikrotik](https://mikrotik.social/@mikrotik) [\#routeros](https://mastodon.social/tags/routeros) has a bug where remote syslog doesn't work over UDP if (!) multiple topics are selected. The exact same config works fine over TCP.
