The photo is from the testing of the sleep power measurements where the battery positive passes through the external INA219 and the Heltec is powered by the smaller size red/black pair coming out of the solar PCB (supposed to disconnect on undervoltage but that never happened). So that measures the combined power draw of the whole application.

For the actual measurements show in the graph I moved the battery positive wire back through the onboard INA219 while the Heltec was still powered by the same smaller size red/black pair.
